All we ask is a willingness to try something new and a commitment to share your experience. Your feedback helps shape the future of turnout gear, and every department’s voice counts.  Is there a cost? Price regarding trial may vary. What's the timeline? Once your gear arrives, we recommend a 60-day field test to track comfort, durability, and performance. That said, every department moves at its own pace. Some opt for 3 months, others prefer a full year. It all depends on what feels right for your crew, your calendar, and your comfort level. We’re here to support your process, however you choose to approach it. What happens after the trial? Your team decides what comes next. There’s no obligation to purchase. After the trial, we’ll gather your feedback to better understand real-world performance, improve future iterations, and strengthen our support for fire departments nationwide.
